Graphics Card Driver Download Issue

  DANZIG 13:47 05 Jan 05

I've just bought Half Life 2 and after spending the best part of an hour installing it I have been rewarded wit quite possibly one of the best games I have seen in a long long time.

One problem exists though.

Every time I start it up it 'strongly advises' me to download and install a new driver for my graphics card.

I remember a while back I downloaded a driver from nVidia's website but I didn't know how to set about installing it and it just sat around on my desktop for a few months.

How and where do I install it when I have downloaded it.

I must say however that the game works (almost) perfectly without it.

My graphics card is a GeForce II MX400 if thats any use.

You install it via Device Manager.

Hi, once you have the download on your desktop - in most cases it is just a case of clicking on it and following the on-screen instructions. Then restarting pc to finalize install.

Please go to click here

and hit one of the download sites. Accept the license agreement and off you go...

Right I'll give it a shot then.
