im buying the graphics card novatech geforce 6600gt 128mb 8xagp ddr3 tv out dvi will it work ok on my motherboard

According to the code your motherboard is a MSI, and only has AGP x 4.
So the graphics card will work but not to its full potential.

To add to alan227's info, you may also require a more powerful power supply (PSU).

Does this describe your PC/PC's specs click here? If it is, then I think it also will not utilise the full potential of a 6600GT.

DDR3 is faster memory, the graphics card will work with your PC and don't get worried about the fact its an 8x card it will work fine in a 4x slot, to be honest theres not a huge difference, you would think the 8x slot would be twice as fast as the 4x slot but this is not the case. The power supply aspect is something you may have to consider, as you may need more power.
