Hello everyone,

I am just about to buy a new graphics card and would appreciate your advice on the following three products. Which one out of the following three would you lot reccomend? Or is there something better out there for a comparable price (I dont want to spend more then 160 quid though)?

Cheers folks :-)

1 - Sapphire 9500 Atlantis 128MB DDR 8X (£136.03 inc VAT)

2 - Leadtek GeForce 4 Ti 4800SE 128MB VIVO 8x (£148.94 inc VAT)

3 - Gainward Geforce4 Powerpack Ultra/750-8x AGP XP Golden Sample 128MBDDR Ti-4800 Se (£157.85 inc VAT)

If you go for the 9500, it is worthy to note that the 9600 should be in the shops for a similar price very shortly.

I do believe that 9500 is based on a more modern chipset and is a directx9 card. The GF4 cards are good cards, but are not as future proof, being directx8.1.

I would go for the 9500, or wait a week or two and see if the 9600 is out!

Thanks Duplo,

I did not realise the 9600 might be on its way so I will hang on for a couple of weeks.

I thought the 9500 was the better deal because of the Directx9 compatability too.

Anyone else got any advice?
