Google Search Bar

When I start to type in my Google search bar, underneath it comes up a list of other sites I have visited. I do not wish this history to remain, but however I try (delete history etc) nothing seems to work, and a list appears every time I type in the search bar. Any suggestions please?

Get the latest Version 6.1.1518.856

I think you will find you can set it not to keep your browsing history.

CCleaner will clear it or just left click on the little down arrow on the right of the search entry field and it expands wit an option to "Clear History" at the bottom. AVG is adifferent and more difficult issur, if you have their toolbar also.
