is this good enough for newest games

I am looking for a cheap computer and have seen on ebay a Dell 490 quad core xeon 16gb ram desktop for £269.99. This is a refurbished ex corporate computer and it has windows 7 which is good for me, but a poor graphics card. I want to know, if I replace the card with something like a GTX560ti would this be suitable for the latest games and are these ex corporate computers reliable.

That CPU is not the fastest on the planet and could be a bottle neck, link here passmark scroll down and you will see it in relation to other CPU's.

You just have to remember you are buying a 5 year old CPU and maybe a 5 year old hard drive and that brand new card only cost about £16

hello Carver, thanks for replying, only one out of over 200 views. Been away so late seeing your post. Have already given up on that idea. Still looking for something suitable on ebay but anything interesting goes for too much. Thank you
