Sorry guys its me again this time its the wife's laptop. Since we have upgraded our router We have had a few teething problems, The Latest problem is this when my wife uses Goggle Chrome or Fire fox after a few minutes it says "there is no connection"
the thing is that we are concerted and the signal is at max & says "excellent signal" and then the web browser crashes. As we got this upgraded router do you think it would be better if reinstalled Goggle Chrome & Firefox? thanks

have you tried looking at the set up details in the router? It could be a setting. Most routers can be looked at by typing http:/192.168.0.1 or similar. The actual details are usually on the router itself together with the user name and password.
