Giving my old pc away

I've just given my broken pc away - now just having a panic about the info on it....should i try and cancel the deal?

Just6 thinking about my pictures and documents....safety wise etc.

It wont turn on. Its a blank screen with lots of clanking noises.

So I've brought it back inside (was being collected from my garden). Hope they hadnt left already!

Also, before you loosen the screws, as I am sure you eventually will, remove the cables from the back of the hard drive first, one of them (the power cable) is usually pretty stiff and not easy to pull off.

Thanks for advice - I tried a hair clip and a knife and couldnt get the crews to move, so will have to get a screw driver from somewhere.
I re-arranged pick up, so at least the panic has gone!

chocolatejo987, I`m sure that you must have neighbours so why not borrow a screwdriver. Or buy one.
