GIMP help files not installed

I installed both GIMP and GTK+ OK. When I tried to open the help files I got, quote "The gimp help files are not installed. "C:\Program Files\Gimp-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\help\en\gimp-help.xml" for reading. No such file or directories. Please check your installation" Unquote. I run Win 98SE. Tried running the installation again without un-installing. What can I do now? I need these files to learn the program
