I hope someone can help!

I have a RAID O system that dual boots W2000 (C) and XP (D)

One of the Hard drives has failed so I have replaced BOTH, created a new Raid array with the new drives and then reinstalled everything from Ghost Cds that are only 1 month old.

Everything seemed to work and it boots into W2000 perfectly but IT WILL NOT BOOT TO XP, it starts fine and then just stops at the blue XP screen, it hasn't hung because the mouse pointer still moves

My guess is that the problem is due to new hardware (the hard drives) and i need to reactivate.

But I can't get past the blue screen.

All other hardware is unchanged and the XP installation is from a legal/licenced CD that had been activated over the net.

Any and all suggestions welcomed asap.

thanks in advance
