Ghost imaging

I have a dual-boot set up, with 2 x 40Gb hard drives. Primary master is Windows ME (FAT32) with 21Gb free, and primary slave is XP Pro (NTFS)with 20 Gb free space. The set up works well, thanks to previous posters in the Helproom. However, what I want to do is create a Ghost 2003 image of the other on each drive as a backup. Will the fact that one drive is FAT32 and the other NTFS stop me from a image restore should a disaster occur? I am currently imaging to DVD which is fine (5 disk changes), but doing it to a hard drive in one operation would be easier.

Thanx Big Elf. I didn't fully understand the technical jargon, but you pointed me in the right direction.
