GFX5600 Ultra worth replacing GF4 Ti4200 64Mb for?

Hi all,

sorry about this but it's yet another question regarding upgrading graphic cards.

Basically I'm wondering if I should upgrade my current graphics card yet. I want to play the latest DX9 games at 1024x768 with all the details set to high.

My current set up is:

Graphics card - GF4Ti4200 64mb,
CPU - XP2000+
Memory - 512mb DDR

Can anyone advise whether it would be worth while replacing my current card with a GFX5600 Ultra now, or would it be a better idea to hold on until next year?

I would be tempted to move to ATi, nVidia seem unable to sort a pea soup in a brewery at the minute.
