Getting rid of istbar-help wanted

  newearwax 18:58 29 Aug 05

I have tried Adware Alert (unregistered) and it tells me that I have a parasite called istbar on my computer. It also gives the Registry keys to delete, e.g.

I am unable to locate these items and the Find function does not locate them either. Can anyone assist, please? I have, of course, exported the registry before embarking on the removal of the relative keys.

It is possible you may not be infected at all

And scroll down to Adware Alert.

Then run scans with Adaware and Spybot just to be sure.
