Getting a full screen display for programmes

  Amer 09:17 30 Jun 08

Whenever I open any programme, e mail, internet browser, Word etc. they never fully occupy my entire screen, I have to click on the maximise button or manually pull out the sides and when I open the programme again later, I have to repeat the process. Is there nayway of making programmes open up to fill the whole screen automatically each time?

Hope that makes sense? Difficult to describe!

Thanks for any help in advance

Whatever program you want.Make sure you have only one window open stretch to the size that you want and delete it using the red X at top right hand side. Then reopen it and see if it is working Ok.If I remember right I think that is the way you do it.

I think you size it to what you want then, to close, don't use the X but go File, Close (top left). Works for me!
