Generic Host Services and ZASS 8

Hello Everyone

Do hope you can give me some advice and reassurance.

Win XP SP3, Zone Alarm 8.0.020.000, Spy Sweeper.

Since installation of ZASS 8, I have been receiving, at Startup, a request for Generic Hosts Process to act as a Server. The full alert is:

"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services is trying to act as a server". Service IP is 0.0.0.0 Port 135. The Application Properties show "svchosts.exe" is in the Windows System32 Folder.

Daily, I have allowed the process to load. ZASS, in Programme Info then shows Access -Trusted, Internet; Server - Trusted, Internet denied.

Can someone please advise whether I can make these Access and Server facilities permanent.

I have googled this problem, found many responses. However, I cannot find one which states simply and clearly what I should do.

Quite likely, I am really too dim to follow the recommendations!!

Many Thanks

Chillie
