You could always add the domain to block to your "Hosts" file. It's a plain text file with no extension (open with Notepad) in the path:

C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\Hosts

Try adding these lines:

127.0.0.1 intellitxt.com
127.0.0.1 uk.intellitxt.com
127.0.0.1 vibrantmedia.com
127.0.0.1 itxt.vibrantmedia.com

or the actual domain if you know it.

once pasted to notepad do i just add notepad to the explorer line you listed

Open the Hosts file with Notepad, *TYPE IN* the lines in my earlier message and create the space between 127.0.0.1 and the domain using the *TAB* key, not the spacebar, then save the file and exit. Make sure it hasn't been saved with the .txt extension and then these domains should be blocked.

typed in as you said but it would not let me save

OK, try this:

Use the "Save as" option to save it under a different name, for example Hosts2.txt, then rename the original Hosts file to Hosts.old and finally rename the Hosts2.txt file to Hosts (with no extension).
