gapi32.dll missing

Nortom Windoctor insists that "c:\windows\system32\mapisrvr.exe cannot find a necessary file, gapi32.dll". The system runs fine, but any idea how to re-instate this file so the nuisance error message goes away?

you can get that file from here, and paste it into the win/system folder

It's a Norton WinDoctor bug which doesn't seem to have been fixed by Norton itself over the years (at least in older versions). You can either copy the file to where Norton expects it to be to get rid of the error, or in WinDoctor, just select "Ignore" the problem.

This is actually NOT a problem.
