Gap left at top of screen

I have moved my taskbar back from the top of the screen to the bottom - now there is a gap at the top of my screen - how can I get rid of it ?

Right click the taskbar, and choose "lock the taskbar" Should go to full screen.

If you don't lock it, you can find it's easy to find it on the side or the bottom.... I have had student's who have managed to lose it altogether!

I read your other thread, why did you create a new one? Just use System Restore to before the Task Bar went to the top.

Start\Programs\Accessories\Tools\SystemRestore Look for bold date dext

Put your arrow on the top and press and hold down the left mouse button and drag the screen upwards when you have a full screen left click on the red X to close it.And it should open that size the next time you open it.

Have locked the toolbar and it did not go to full screen.

Have tried putting the arrow on the top and drag the screen upwards but it will not drag

Did not try system restore as suggested as had installed some software to enable a video clip to be opened and wondered if doing this would interfere with it.

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
