I wouldnt call myself a serious gamer, however i do enjoy my xbox.

I was just wondering what language games are written in today.

I am considering learning about programing, but i dont want to learn boring stuff like, i would like to get into games programing, but i dont know what language is used to write them.

Has anyone got any advice on where to look/go for good training in games programing.

What are the chnaces of getting wok in this country as a games programmer?

Comments like "i dont want to learn boring stuff like" best not shared with programmers if you want to be taken seriously.

Whatever thou you're going to have to spend alot of time getting your haed around programming and if you find that sort of thing boring them prehaps its not an area for you. There seems to be a number of areas in this field from testing, to developing to design so it depend where your area is.
