Games folder on Vista

Does anyone know why only certain games that you install on a Vista PC automatically place a shortcut to the game in the Games folder. I have installed FIFA 07, PES 6, The Godfather, Football Manager 2007 and Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 on my PC and FM2007 and PES6 do not place a shortcut in the games folder. Any thoughts about this anyone?

I'm not sure, but I think games that are part of the "Games for Windows" scheme will place a shortcut in the games folder automatically. As for the games that don't you can soon make a shortcut yourself and stick it in there. I don't tend to use it that much anyway, as Vista's method of searching for programs/files from the start menu I find far quicker and more intuitive.
