Gaining access to Access

I have created a database and as an experiment I disabled all the various functions to stop the final user fiddling in the background - it worked fine escept I now don't now know how to get back into the database and do any changes myself!!!!

How can I open a 2002 Access database with the disabled functions enabled to allow me to get back and edit the database I have created.

Simple terms please as all my previous queries have had answers that I have not been able to understand

Hold the shift key down whilst opening your access database.
