Funny Entry From Microsoft

From CharlieWhisky
Following a recent re-installation of Windows 98 SE (not yet updated) I have been getting an entry in Spybot 3.1 every time that I go on the Internet, in spite of the fact that every time I have instructed Spybot to remove it.
I have not seen this entry previously.

The entry shown by Spybot is DSO Exploit - this expands to:-
HKEY_USERS\DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Internet Settings\Zones\0\1004!=W=3

Is this anything to worry about? Where is it getting in? How can I stop it happening?

I am using AOL 7.0 and the modem system is I.S.D.N running at 64k.

Thanks for any help that's forthcoming folks.
