FTP Problem.

I have an FTP server running on my pc that allows data from PC's at remote locations to backup data over broadband. Recently one of the PC's stopped uploading the data.

When i checked the offending PC i found that IE / File Explorer / WS_FTP / Backup sotware (with FTP) will not connect to the static IP on the FTP server. On further investigation i have found that no PC on the local network of the offending pc will connect to said Server. The PC's will however connect to an FTP server at a different location (with a different IP) So i know the FTP protocal isnt being blocked by the Router/Firewall.

I also know that the FTP server is functioning correctly as i have a number over other PC's from different locations successfully backing up data as i type.

Ive spoken to the ISP of the offending PC and they claim no blocked IP's are listed for the broadband account.

any ideas what else would stop me being able to connect to that specific IP?
