Front paneladaptor cables for new mobo

Do you know of anyone who supplies some kind of adaptors or cables or even a kit for that situation where you’re replacing a dead mobo and the front panel connectors at the mobo end don’t fit and/or ain’t the right pinout? Fr’instance, I’ve got a nice shiny Sony Vaio desktop with a dead-powersurged-mobo and I’m chucking in a new Intel mobo. But, Sony being Sony are using some strange kinda connectors with completely different pinouts.

I’ve always wondered about this but never actually had to do it in anger, ‘til now!
