Fresh install wn98se, but no fdd, only cdrom ?

I need to install win98se on a laptop that doesn't have a floppy drive.
Is it possible to create a suitable start up disc using a cd, and if so what files do I need on the disc ?
The bios is already set to boot from cdrom first.

A 98 full install disc is bootable anyway

Thanks Brundle. Does that mean I can reformat the hdd using the win98se disc ?
Not something I've ever needed to do by this route before.

Yes, it will give you that option.
