Free up memory.

Ive had no such problems in the past but just recently everytime i try to start up 'championship manager' it says my computer is running dangerously in memory and it needs closing down, i press ok, which is then followed by another message, saying it will now close down...'bye bye' this scared me at first for the by bye sounds like a virus? but i dont think it is, just really to say after restarting and trying 'rambooster' to clear ram it still says the same?

One last thing whats the program, i did no but ive forgot, you type in on the run and it comes up with things such as startup etc!
