Free audio streaming app

I am looking for a free audio app to capture music from the internet. I was using Audacity, but now that I am on W7 the audio capture does not work. I am running an Aspire TimelineX 4830T with 2.3gh proc and 3gb ddr3 ram. Any suggestions?

First check that 'show disabled devices' is ticked. Right click the audio icon in the notification area and select 'recording devices'. In the window that opens right click a blank area, and tick the box for 'show disabled devices'. See if ' stereo mix' shows up. If it does then enable it and you can now use Audacity. If it doesn't show then you'll need to update your driver.

I use Freecorder, which is Free, it installs a toolbar to use and will record everything that come through your speakers. every ding dong the works.
