Free Addressbook Software

I have Office 2003 Student/Teacher Edition. However, as I have now installed it on 3 computers over the years, I will soon have to look at alternatives. The current Home Edition of Office is not quite the same as it does not include Outlook. For word processing, spreadsheets etc, I have been trying OpenOffice and am quite happy with that. For email and calendar functions I am quite happy with what is built into Vista. However, the one advantage of Outlook was that in Contacts, I could print out a copy in small booklet format as a hard copy. I could still do that in Windows Contacts now, but it does not work as well because, for example, if a field in a particular contact is blank, it prints the word "null". Has anyone used free addressbook software which they have found particularly useful as an alternative to Outlook Contacts?
