Frames with Netscape

I have designed and hand coded a website which uses a frameset. One of the frames contains a table which is supposed to go to the bottom of the frame, so is set to be 100% high. This works fine in IE and Opera but when opened in Netscape a white border appears at the bottom of the frame (i.e. the table doesn't go to be 100% high).

Does anyone know why this is?

It can be very frustrating I know!

Why not post the link here so that we can see what you mean and look at the code?

One thing I have noticed is that although HTML is supposed not to be case sensitive, sometimes it is.

Also I find that spaces which are supposed to be ignored are sometimes turned into line spaces in some browsers.
