  axum117 23:54 20 Dec 14

If you mean have i updated my BIOS then no should i?

  rdave13 00:02 21 Dec 14

No. I meant is the mobo UEFI running in legacy mode to accommodate Windows 7? You mentioned everything is new including the mobo. Does the mobo have BIOS or UEFI?

I dont know but i think it might be the cpu fan speed maybe not going fast enough?

doubt 30-40 fps would be lagging you playing online if so i would be looking at your ping rate

  axum117 01:12 21 Dec 14

I have turned up my gpu fans speed and the drop still happens but id say it isnt as bad and happens less frequently and less noticeable

And im playing online yea but now when it drops to 30-40 it dosnt lag as much but is still spitty and jittery

Also it dosnt follow a pattern it will randomly drop then shoot back up, and it does it on multiple games on and offline
