forwarding emails that contain photos and/or music

I enjoy emails , recieve a lot and forward a lot. Tell me what goes wrong when the email I recieve which contains pictures and cartoons plus music are forwarded and the recipient gets only the narrative with red X in the portion where jpg or pictures were, and music is non-existant. Is this a problem with my computer (a desktop Dell) or the system, something I can correct.Have asked this question to Outlook
express and ATT help with no response.Small problem, big issue for me.

Is your email program set to send in HTML? If it's sending in plain or rich text, that could be your problem. You should be able to enable HTML in the options.

Go to tools, options, then send. Check the Mail sending format.

Also in tools>Options>Security Untick the box which disables unsafe messages, if it is ticked.
