I am considering changing from AOL to sky Broadband, the question is will I lose my favourites and address Book, if the answer is no
How do I reactivate them. thanks in advance.

They are in your system
1. Go to Address book and tools /export sent to a secure place or put on disk
Save it as two version
1. a WAB[Windows Address book] and then as a text file.
Favorites investigate your browser [W/Explorer FireFox] to save/export as a separate file.
In each case the change of ISP should not affect your E-mail Client or Browser -
Within the system Connection/Browser/E-mail client are 3 separate entities

Yes, you can import them.
In Internet Explorer, File, Import and Export.
In Outlook Express, Help, 'Import Address Books' tells you how.
You can do this now.

AOL uses a system peculiar to AOL and saving/exporting to another platform is by no means a simple matter. See click here for some ideas/info.

you can still use AOL mail via the website after you've left them.
Click on MAIL and enter your screen name and password.
