Formatting Text and Pictures

I'm designing a web page using FrontPage. I've used the "nested hierarchy" with three frames. Header, Left & Right. When inserting text or pictures into the right hand frame I cannot seem to format it ie use tabs like in Word. Is there any way of controlling the positioning of these items into this "frame"

I have a website with loads of pics on it, so I have loads of practice, but am not an expert by any means.

Unless you are an expert, using frames will cause you endless problems on the net, especially if people search to find your page, I was advised (by experts here) to avoid using frames, so I did.

To edit tect and pics is just easy.

Place your cursor in the text where you want the pic inserted.

Select Insert>picture>from file

adjust it to size by dragging corners etc

Right click the pic >properties

then select alignment (Right, left or centre) and if you want, change the space between pic and text by using the numerical increments.

Don't forget that its a good idea to resample the pics so they are not huge files, or it takes ages to download them, people reading the page get fed up and go away.
