Hi i was jus wondering if i was to format my pc with one partition on it which is c obviously. Boot to A: and format c: then after would i have to fdisk it again or not? and format? the install OS again?

no you will not have to fdisk it again

when you format it , in the way you describe, you are formatting the partition which wipes all the data, and then you can install os again

no need to fdisk and create partition because you already have one

Just be sure that the partition already contains the full hdd capacity... I have found that sometimes they are not set up for full capacity.
