Format NTFS HD to FAT32 in 3 partitions

I have 80GB hard drive in 3 partitions running XP and want to change drive to Fat32 of 3 partitions. This will allow me to have Win98se installed in 'C' drive (I can then install XP on one of the others later if I want). What command lines do I need to use? I have Win98 startup disk and could just dive in, but this is more sensible. I want to loose everything currently on the drive since this may allow program GameSpy Arcade to work properly using Win98... everything else has failed.

I don't think you can go from NTFS to FAT32.

As you have a Win98 start-up disk just use fdisk, I'm sure it would be the easiest way. Just delete all existing partitions, create new ones and format them as you require.

I should have included the fact that I intended to format the drive in order to get one of Fat32 character. And, of course, shall loose everything on the disk in the process; I dont mind that..
