Footer not printing on web pages

When I print a page from the internet, I always used to get the site name/address and todays date on the bottom of the page, but this is no longer happening. Similarly when I print an email - sent or received, the text prints from one edge of the paper to the other with no margins. Before you say "why print?" I sometimes need to keep a paper trail of email correspondence for my work and prefer to have hard copies just in case. I can't find any way to set margins for email. I am running XP Home and Outlook Express 6.

In internet Explorer, File/Page Setup

Header should be &w&bPage &p of &P

Footer should be &u&b&d

Don't know about OE but I expect it is similar.

Thanks VoG but there is no Page Setup option under the File tab on OE.
