Everything goes fine until i try and encode the files then i get the folowing error message "Could not open log file for reading" What would cause this and how can i fix it?

if you've installed from a CDRom, check the exe files properties and make sure that "read only" attribute is off...

This error can occur when you try to encode a video in 2 pass, 2nd pass mode without encoding the video in 2 pass, 1st pass mode beforehand.

I have sucessfully encoded a movie bit the quality is terrable.

What are the best quality settings to choose?
I hope to be able to burn the divx files onto one CD.

Also how do you set flask so that the divx can be displayd full screen instead of a tiny box in the middle.

Sorry if this sounds stupid but i've never tried this before.
