Flashing under windows

Sounds rude to me well maybe I've just got a dirty mind. Looking at instrustions for installing a new driver it says to download and flash under windows, does this mean just double click and install and reboot, I'm a bit stupid at times so if you could let me know if this is right in case I make a mess of things

You do not flash a driver you update a driver and flash a BIOS. It depends on the download. come back when you have downloaded it. some have a setup file after unziping them and it just a case of double clicking on the setup file
