Flash Player and CCleaner

Every-time I have a clear-out with CCleaner, I develop a problem.

The next time I visit YouTube, I am told to download the latest version of Flash Player, which involves Un-installing and Re-installing the software, the latest version of which is already there.

Anyone have any idea how, simply, I can circumvent this problem?

I've not had that problem with CCleaner but I did with RegScrubXP. I was able to fix it by looking at the registry entries for Flash suggested for deletion and adding them to a list which meant that they would be ignored in the registry scan. You should be able to do this in CCleaner using Options, Exclude, Registry

I had forgotten that yesterday I used both. I'll not use RegScrubXP on my next Spring Clean.
