Can't install Flash Player ( Ithought it was already installed on my PC!).
Windows Xp Sp2. 3 GHz Intel Pentium 4 HT.
ATI Radeon Graphics 9200
Several new applications need this for me to be able to view them.
I have followed the instructions when presented with then but to no avail.
Do you think it could be AV or anti-spyware causing a blockage or disabling of Flash Player?

Uninstalled! Now what?
sunny staines suggests new Beta version not reliable.
What version should I install, and from where, please?

Problems still....
I have tried to install the latest-but-one Flash Player, as suggested, but I get the message as follows, in the Adobe download page:

Important Message: You may need to click the gold bar at the top of the browser window to allow the install.

There is NO gold bar at the top of the browser window, so now I have unistalled my previous Flash Player, and am unable to install the one recommended. So.... no Flash Player!!!

They're stand-alone installers, install with all browsers closed.

Thanks all Forum members for your help. I have finally managed to download and install Flash Player 9.0.124.0 at last!
Works OK!
I am very grateful for your help.
