Flagging in outlook

I have 2 computers networked both running Windows XP with
Windows office xp and using outlook. On the first computer outlook is set to leave a copy of e mails on the server for 2 days so that when someone logs on to outlook on the second pc they can also download all e mails. On the first computer a rule is set that all e mails personally addressed to me appear in blue. No rules regarding e mails are set on the second computer. What is happening is that all e mails that follow the blue rulings appear as flagged for follow up on the second machine. When the second machine was used the other day it had over 200 e mails flashing up as “follow up over due” I had to clear the flag manually on each one. This only appears to have happened after installing SP2 any ideas please.
