got a medion 8818 and they are "fanless" which bothers me a bit and i would like to fit a fan to cool the processor,it would have to fit on the side but there is no holes for the air intake, should i just drill the holes, what type of fan should i use ?
i dont mind the price , i downloaded a program that tells you you temp of the microprocessor and it is usually running at about 39c-40c, i dont know how accurate that is but i would feel better if it was fitted with a fan, any help would be appreciated
thanks Den

Further enhancing the computer's claim for a spot in the front room is its quiet running. Both the processor and graphics card are passively cooled (i.e. they have no fans). A large, slow spinning fan sits near the processor's heat sink, but it's virtually inaudible.

Add a case fan and it will get quite noisey.

"usually running at about 39c-40c"
That is the perfect temperature for an Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 processor.
