First conviction of Wireless Network 'freeloader'

Just a sideline.... I read the other day that theres been the first ever conviction of someone who sat outside someones house in there own car and sat surfing the internet. The person convicted has had his laptop and hard drives from his home pc seized. All this for taking advantage of an unsecured wireless network.....
Needless to say this has taken place in the US....
