firewire port on front of case

I want to install a firewire port on the front of my PC case. The case has the place for it, its just blanked off at present.
My mobo has a firewire header on it, so all I need is a firewire socket and lead with plug so that I can plug it into the header.
Does anyone know where I can but a socket/lead and plug.

You may need to look on the motherboard manufacturers website.

Can you get one from the computer supplier, it needs to be compatible with the case so it fits.
