ISPs often scan ports to check the existance of PCs connected to them. It's nothing to worry about.

dont worry...

There is nothing anyone can do about any hackers anyway - but most hackers scan ports to find if a PC is open to attack so they can further investigate how to get in....

I have FTP and WEB port 80 open - so they will look at me before you mate. Dont worry.

And when they do infiltrate my network - I will find their ISP, date, and get them cut off the net - idoitic time wasters, lol.
