Firewall preventing access to website.

I have 3 accounts set up on my pc (win XP)and have set 3logins on Norton Internet Security 2003 (NIS) 1 supervisor, 1 adult & 1 child. On the adult account I can't get to the "Lloydstsb" login page as the firewall of NIS blocks it (ok with firewall switched off) I don't get any message from the norton prog just the standard "page unavailable" notice on the browser. Both of the other accounts are ok. I have checked all the config settings in NIS of the accounts and they are identical. Have gone through internet settings, again all same. The XP firewall is disabled. Anyone got any ideas why this is happening? - BB

sosmetimes pop up blocker programs prevent logging in to some sites. If you have one, try disabling it.
