Since i had a virus problem that you so generously helped me with i've followed all your steps to make sure my PC is now safer. The problem i am having is that the firewall i installed doesnt like the BT desktop help program. Everytime i connect its telling me that BT help is trying to access a part of the computer that is vulnerable. it rates the threat as very high and possibly malicious. if i click on allow the message reappears everytime i open another page. if i disallow the bt desktop fix page appears and if i dont click 'fix' as recommended (which does nothing anyway) it affects my connection. any advice?
