You have McAfee installed, yes?

It's McAfee Site Advisor, disable it and it won't pop-up.

Download this for a fix. click here

I successfully removed the very annoying pop-up error message "onLookupFailed 551" from Firefox by DELETING the McAfee Siteadvisor file. I had no success with disabling the Siteadvisor. For novices, click on Start, Search, type siteadvisor in all files and folders, then open the file picture and scroll to the bottom to click on DELETE.
