Firefox-Help using javascript,

Found out there's an option to speed up page rendering in Firefox but this involves creating a js file and entering some code as per click here

Problem is do I paste user_pref("nglayout.initialpaint.delay", 0); into the js file or should it be done some other way?(Or all the script, i.e.including "// This one makes a huge difference. L.... etc).

I've never used "code" of any description so am in the dark about this.

Cheers, daz.

The line - user_pref("nglayout.initialpaint.delay", 0); - is the actual code that gets the job done. The line starting with // is a remark. It isn't part of the code but is useful to remind you, at some time in the future, just what the code does so it is good practice to include it. Just paste the whole thing in.

Eric10, thanks a lot for that.

I'll now create the file and see if it makes any difference, fingers crossed ;-)

Cheers, daz.
