Firefox and E-mails

Hi, in tools in firefox it says there are 35 unread e-mails (i had an extension linking to my g-mail account) I hadnt used the web based for a whileso it picked all of them up and i read them all etc. Is htere anyway to refresh that, as its annoying saying i have 35 unread e-mails when i dont. When i click on that it actually takes me to my default e-mail program - Outlook 2003 but i have my g-mail account in Outlook Express and use Outlook 2003 fro another e-mail. If anyone can suggest that would be great

Thanks in advance

try going to your gmail account and deleting them from there. there should be an option to delete them after forwarding in the gmail setup
