Firefox 4 Another Problem

  rawprawn 16:41 23 Mar 11

I ma unable to show Firefox in "All Program"
I have looked for a workround and tried Help> start FF with no Addons, but that didn't work.
Any ideas?

I have also uninstalled and re installed with no success.

It shows on my all programs as Mozilla Firefox so maybe worth another look.
Mind you I installed it over the top of the old version so not sure if that makes a difference.

If you type Mozilla Firefox into the bar at start.
it should show you the icon and if you right click it you can sent it to start up but so far that is as close as I can get it.

No, it's not there. I also installed over the old one in the first place, and then tried a complete new install after trying the workround.

Interesting! I clicked "Start" and saw Firefox in the top list. It does not appear within the body of the programmes when you scroll down but Thunderbird does. How odd!!

Hope this might help.

Firefox icon shows in Start, but not in All Programs

  birdface 17:24 23 Mar 11

Not sure why that should happen as I use W/7 as well it it works Ok for me.
Would it make any difference if you made it the default web browser.
Probably not but you never know.

It's like that in Vista too.
